Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the getColabb mobile application and website at getcolabb.com (the "Service"), operated by getColabb. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Account Registration

You may register using Google Sign-In, Facebook Login, or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

3. How the Service Works

3.1 For Creators

Creators connect their Instagram and/or YouTube accounts to showcase their audience metrics, apply for brand campaigns, track engagement analytics, and receive payments for completed collaborations.

3.2 For Brands

Brands create campaign briefs, discover and vet creators based on verified analytics, manage collaborations, and process payments through the platform.

3.3 Platform Role

getColabb is a marketplace and tools platform. We facilitate connections between creators and brands but are not a party to the agreements between them.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information (including fake followers or engagement)
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by getColabb. You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it solely for operating the Service.

6. Social Media Integrations

When you connect Instagram or YouTube, you authorize us to access data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may revoke access at any time. We comply with Meta Platform Terms and YouTube API Terms of Service.

7. Payments

Campaign payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay). getColabb may charge a service fee (displayed before you confirm). We are not liable for payment processing errors by third-party providers.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or at getcolabb.com/data-deletion. Upon deletion:

  • Personal data will be removed within 30 days
  • Social media data cached by us will be deleted within 7 days
  • Financial records may be retained as required by law (up to 7 years)

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, getColabb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless getColabb and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email at least 15 days before they take effect.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
