What happens when you request deletion

  • Your account and personal information will be permanently deleted within 30 days
  • All cached social media data (Instagram/YouTube metrics) will be removed within 7 days
  • Campaign participation history will be anonymized
  • Financial transaction records will be retained for 7 years as required by law
  • You will receive a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Can I delete my data without logging in?

Yes. This form does not require you to be logged in. We verify your identity via the email address associated with your account.

How long does deletion take?

Personal data is deleted within 30 days. Social media data cached from Instagram/YouTube is deleted within 7 days. Financial records required by law are retained for up to 7 years in anonymized form.

Can I recover my account after deletion?

No. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new account.

What if I only want to disconnect a social account?

You can disconnect Instagram or YouTube from the app settings without deleting your entire account. We stop fetching data immediately and delete cached metrics within 7 days.

I connected via Facebook/Instagram — how do I revoke access?

In addition to using this form, you can revoke getColabb's access directly from your Instagram Settings → Apps and Websites → Active → getColabb → Remove.
